Responsible for the operational condition of the facility and process for the plant, located in downstate IL. Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of staff responsible for facility maintenance. Act as primary alarm responder for assigned facilities. Maintain off-site facilities when applicable. Coordinate service, equipment and related items to be delivered between locations.
- Manage the maintenance and service programs for assigned facility in compliance with insurance requirements, local, state, and federal codes OSHA and EPA regulations (i.e building and fire codes). Maintain and organize all facility-related maintenance and third-party service contracts (i.e., alarm, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, pest control, etc.). Establish schedules and methods for providing facility maintenance services; identify resource needs; review needs with appropriate management staff; allocate resources accordingly.
- Make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies, and procedures; participate in the implementation of approved policies and procedures; monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Monitor and control supplies and equipment; order supplies and tools as necessary; prepare documents for equipment procurement; prepare specifications and contracts for contract services.
- Train or coordinate training in facility maintenance and safety methods, procedures, and techniques. Assist in maintaining the established Quality System under the ISO guidelines and continue educating departmental staff members on the Company's Quality System
- Organize preventative maintenance and safety inspection programs for all facilities and equipment. Coordinate construction projects, remodels, and other special projects. Attend and participate in professional group meetings; maintain awareness of new trends and developments in the field of facility maintenance; incorporate new developments as appropriate into programs.
- Coordinate with contractors in providing contract services.
- Working experience with maintenance ERP systems (preferably SAP and Microsoft Office). Knowledge of calibration procedures, an engineering degree is preferred.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of four (4) years of maintenance-related supervisory experience.
- Minimum of three (3) year demonstrated successful supervisory experience in a union environment.
- Demonstrated ability to organize work and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge budget planning.
- Demonstrated knowledge of personal computer software applications in a business environment. Microsoft Office preferred.
- Ability to respond to Company facility/equipment alarms 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Valid driver's license for assigned state.
- Experience in a GMP facility is a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
