As part of our team in our small but growing manufacturing facility in Kankakee, you will help produce healthy food for our nation while ensuring the shift runs smoothly and meets key production, quality & safety goals while working a great environment! In this role, your primary responsibility is to blend our dry ingredients in preparation to be manufactured into a finished food item.
To do this, we will train and certify you to operate a forklift and you will ensure the ingredients are mixed on an industrial scale and ready for the next manufacturing process.
To be successful, you will be detail-oriented & committed to food quality as well as have basic math skills, writing skills for documenting (such as batch & lot numbers), physical strength & endurance, and the willingness to work hard in a dusty manufacturing environment.

00 am shift, pay starts at $15.

Weigh, mix, and batch product ingredients in order to run production Verifies and is responsible for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) activities associated with each production line, including Blending magnet verification and blending sifter verification Responsible for ensuring process quality checks and compliance with safety procedures and programs Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of the production areas We're Looking for Someone With:
