Responsibilities:
Manage US Export Distribution Center (3PL) Oversee export-related warehousing and distribution in the U.
S.
Key contact person for 3PL's export team.
Lead routine business review meetings Monitor the performance of the 3PL through KPIs, metrics, and performance management meetings as required Identify and implement improvements in terms of efficiency, compliance, quality of service, and costs Manage CMO Logistics in the U.
S.
, including import from and export to Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMO) outside of the U.
S.
Global Logistics key contact person for CMO partners in the US Logistics subject matter expert in CMO projects, responsible for design, implementation, and oversight of logistics processes according to project requirements and timelines.
This includes SAP OTC/LE process, GDP-compliant transport solution (mode of transport, route, lane SOP with freight forwarder), clarification of export and import requirements in collaboration with Global Trade Compliance, definition of shipment preparation at CMO (thermal protection system, temperature monitoring, etc).
Ensure reliable stock transfer / replenishment and GDP compliant transportation between CSL and CMO sites.
Oversee CMO logistics operations Inform CMO about any Logistics-related processes and changes and ensure that CMO's operation procedures are updated accordingly Manage Global Logistics US CMO cost center, including budget and forecast Operational Transportation Management Oversee all aspects of international transportation out of the USA.
Organize, establish, and authorize all international shipping lanes to ensure GDP compliant and successful distribution of CSL Behring finished products and intermediates.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum five years of experience in supply chain management, preferably with focus on transportation and warehousing of pharmaceutical products Manager / supervisor experience strongly preferred Minimum three years in a regional or global role interacting with external parties Excellent SAP knowledge in Order to Cash processes, S4/Hana experience (OTC /SD/LE, GTS, WM) Trade Compliance knowledge Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities; ability to work in a global matrix organization Second language (Spanish, Italian, German) is a plus Our Benefits We encourage you to make your well-being a priority.
