He or she will answer telephone and email inquiries related to order status and will place calls to vendors to locate and expedite purchase orders.
Over time, the Representative will be able to help a customer through the entire order process, advising on product selection and finding alternative solutions.

He or she has an appealing telephone personality and enjoys problem-solving.
Technical aptitude and the ability to understand parts are important.
This individual must be detail-oriented and quick-paced, as well as friendly and eager to assist.
Experience working in a call center is helpful.
