Reporting to the Site Finance Business Partner, as the Finance Manager, Operational Expenses, you will be the Finance Business Partner for Maintenance and Utilities, Quality, Supply Chain, EHSS, and Operational Excellence teams at the site.
You will build strong relationships with leaders from those teams in site or functional positions and develop a deep understanding of their operations or function in order to provide value insights about financial planning, forecast and expenditure with a focus on OPEX-related issues.
This is a hybrid role, which requires some onsite work.

Partner with and provide functional leaders financial guidance and decision-making support (including recurring business reviews) for strategic plans, business plans and targets informed through analysis of key drivers of business and sensitivities, business cases, and trends.
Partner with functional leaders and managers to develop and maintain a deep understanding of key business drivers for the function, specific business processes and priorities, and future strategic direction of the functional area.
Manage business stakeholders' activities related to planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes including a complete understanding of key business drivers in order to provide valuable insight.
Lead the development of business cases and other complex business analyses and modeling for supported functions with support of FP&A team.
Proactively engage in business partnering with functional leaders in driving transparency, participating in cross functional efforts to improve areas of opportunity, providing decision support analyses, and identifying risks and opportunities.
Provide support for CAPEX and OPEX projects and reporting (with the support of Accounting Operations and FP&A as required) with additional narratives, insights, and comments that will assist E2E functional leaders to meet and exceed their performance targets.
Provide functional leaders financial and non-financial analyses and insights by preparing analyses while leveraging multiple data sources; identify thorough, consistent, and actionable insights and recommendations; translating those insights into clear and understandable content.
Liaise & collaborate with Finance peers to ensure consistency among Sites and Functions through shared learnings, innovation, and best practices.
Collaborate with business partners and Finance leaders to design and present information to improve timeliness and capability of decision-making.
Your Skills and
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline; MBA or other advanced degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
Professional certification (CPA/CMA) desirable.
It is anticipated this role would have 7
years' experience in Finance roles, with extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, analysis, including the development of business cases, and complex financial analyses at a manufacturing site.
Prefer experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing but not required.
